Dynamix survey renamed Mindful Feedback

In the United States, the Survey Dynamix experience platform has been renamed Mindful Feedback, following its recent acquisition by software developer CX VHT.

Founded in 2016 by contact center industry veterans Alasdair Boyd and Alex Romanov, the company now known as Mindful Feedback helps brands and agents engage customers at “critical moments”. Last October, the company was acquired by VHT to enhance its “Mindful” suite of reminder features, through which users can add real-time customer satisfaction surveys and trigger engagement activities. Since the takeover, the two companies have collaborated on combined customer solutions that will now be offered under the Mindful brand, with Mindful Feedback capable of collecting real-time feedback immediately following a call center customer interaction.

Mindful Feedback is now available alongside Mindful’s core Voice Reminder, Online Call Scheduling, and Channel Transitions and Handoffs capabilities, bringing real-time customer voice capabilities to enterprise brands. and investigation.
